About the Olde Chronicles

Chronicles myths and legends of England

Since ancient times, Britain has been a land of magic and mystery. For as long as people dwelled here, there has been legends and myths of fairies, dragons and other magical creatures. However, over time Britain has forgotten its stories of unearthly beings. The oral tradition of passing down stories from generation from to generation has been lost over time with gradual change into books.

We here at Olde Chronicles have made it our mission to reconnect with our magical roots and embrace our long forgotten culture.

If you have any myths or legends you would like us to write about, our you have an interesting tale to share – do not hesitate, contact us.

Meet the team

Joseph Burman is the main writer at Olde Chronicles. He has a passion for British history and mythology, wanting to share the stories of Albion with the world. He is currently studying history, politics and philosophy at college, looking to study history at university.

Stuart Burman is an interested amateur historian, having researched, wrote, presented and produced the “The Isle of Saints” podcast. He is fascinated by early english  architecture and religious tradition, believing people don’t know enough about our rich ‘dark-age’ heritage, much of which was destroyed during the reformation.
